Crocked Tom Cruise ‘ready to roll’ again

THERE’S no need to send Tom Cruise any more ‘get well soon’ cards — he’s on the mend after breaking his ankle in a film stunt gone wrong.

The actor suffered the injury filming M:I 6 Mission: Impossible in London last month.

Cruise, 55, mistimed a jump from a rooftop and slammed into a wall. But he is now ready to resume his role as spy Ethan Hunt. ‘It’s good, man,’ Tom assured fans, adding: ‘I start shooting [again] in a couple of weeks’.

And he sees the funny side of his gaffe. ‘I was like, “We better have been rolling on that!”’ he said.
