BUSTED’S Charlie Simpson finds his fans more respectful these days — having once been sent pubic hair in the post.
No longer nervous about opening his mail, the Sleeping With The Light On singer told GP a 19th century ancestor, Sir William Sterndale Bennett, was a well-known composer.
‘One fan went to the Royal Academy of Music, dug up the original manuscript from one of his pieces and gave it to me — unbelievable,’ said Charlie, 32.
