Blow to Liam Payne’s naked ambition

LIAM PAYNE has pledged to bare all if debut single Strip That Down tops the charts — but, sorry Directioners, it looks like he’ll be keeping his clothes on.

The 23-year-old teased: ‘If we get No.1, I’m gonna get naked,’ in a radio interview at the weekend.

But Cheryl’s toyboy lover is unlikely to match the success of ex-bandmate Harry Styles, whose first solo single Sign Of The Times, went straight to the top spot.

Payne’s effort currently sits at No.3 in the mid-week charts, behind DJ Khaled’s I’m The One, and Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee’s Despacito (ft Justin Bieber).
