Biebs’ throwback to troubled past

JUSTIN BIEBER reckons he’s a changed man now he lives his life out of the fast lane.

Recalling a hungover mugshot taken after his arrest for drag racing in 2014, the Sorry hitmaker told fans he is grateful life is a lot less hazy.

Waving goodbye to his reckless streak, the 23-year-old captioned a shared ‘then and now’ snap on Instagram: ‘I love this, because it reminds me I’m not exactly where I want to be but thank God I’m not where I used to be!

‘The best is yet to come,’ he added, before asking fans: ‘Do you believe it?’

The pop brat was arrested in Miami three years ago after being stopped by cops at 4am for racing and being drunk without a licence.
