Ben Affleck’s in supporting role as he and Lindsay go ‘official’

BEN AFFLECK used the Emmys to officially debut his romance with Saturday Night Live producer Lindsay Shookus.

While they dodged the red carpet, the actor was happy to play Shookus’s support act as he ‘jumped up and cheered’ when her show won outstanding variety sketch series. The pair were seen ‘holding hands and whispering’ throughout, and later celebrated at the HBO after-party.

Affleck, 45, who split from wife Jennifer Garner in 2015, was first seen with Shookus in July.

That same month he enjoyed a Caribbean break with Garner and their children Violet, Seraphina and Sam.

Affleck and Garner finalised their divorced in April.
