Ant and Dec together again after three-car smash
ANT and Dec have been spotted together for the first time since news of Ant’s drink-driving incident broke.
Saturday Night Takeaway host Ant McPartlin has been keeping a low profile since causing a three-car collision in west London a couple of months ago.
He checked into rehab three days after the crash, on March 18, and stepped away from his TV commitments, including Britain’s Got Talent and I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!
But now he’s been seen with his long-time pal and co-host Declan Donnelly, having a leisurely lunch in a hotel garden.
Eagle-eyed fellow hotel guest Davina Darr spotted the pair — sweetly dresed in matching navy tops — and couldn’t resist asking for a snap — and it seems the lads were only too happy to oblige.
Looking a far cry from his contrite self as he stood outside court issuing a mea culpa on April 16, having been fined £86,000 and banned from driving for 20 months, Ant is tanned and relaxed in the shot.
The snap is also a rare instance of the pair standing ‘the wrong way round’, with Dec on the left and Ant on the right — and is that a tiny tattoo we spy near Ant’s right wrist?
Whether it is or not, Davina had nothing but good things to say about the lads, commenting next to the snap: ‘Pleasure to randomly bump into @antanddecofficial today! Lovely guys! ❤️’.
She later told The Mirror, they were ‘super nice and in a good mood’.
