Anne-Marie wants a crash course on romance

ANNE-MARIE needs some luck in the love department — after revealing she has never been taken on a date.

Skipping the wining and dining part, the pop star says she tends to leap head-first into serious relationships.

‘I don’t think I’ve ever been on a proper date,’ the Alarm singer told Guilty Pleasures in an exclusive chat.

‘Dating is what you go through before you get into a relationship and I’ve never done that.

‘I jump into s***. I need to learn this dating rule. Maybe that will be the goal for this year.’

Singleton Anne-Marie isn’t expecting to be wooed tomorrow, either, as she shared her Valentine’s Day plans.

‘I’ll be flying home from Jakarta, so I’m having a romantic [glass of] champagne on the plane with my manager,’ she laughed. Talking of bubbly, the Essex girl can’t wait to toast Ed Sheeran’s recent engagement to childhood sweetheart Cherry Seaborn.

‘I didn’t know it was coming but I knew that they were going to be together forever, so it was not really a shock,’ she gushed.

And Anne-Marie, who has collaborated with Ed on her upcoming debut album, is planning a boozy knees-up for her pal.

‘There’s going to be a party somewhere down the line. It’ll probably be the most crazy night of his life.’

The 26-year-old chart-topper is back with new single Friends, ft Marshmello, (out now), which is about ‘friend-zoning’ — a subject Anne-Marie is very familiar with.

‘I did have this one friend, I think he wanted me to be his girlfriend. I was like, “Yo! You’re literally like my brother, this is just too weird,”’ she recalled.
