Amanda Holden gets away with ‘topless’ dress

AMANDA HOLDEN’S racy outfits have received the all clear after hundreds complained they were inappropriate.
The Britain’s Got Talent judge appeared in a series of daring outfits over the course of the contest, but one in particular — featuring a navel-grazing V-cut front as well as a back panel cut-out right down to her derriere — drew negative comments from viewers.

Ofcom investigated after receiving 683 complaints — although some of these were for Amanda’s fellow judge Alesha Dixon’s ensembles.
However, despite some viewers telling Amanda to ‘sort it out’ after going ‘effectively topless’, the broadcasting regulator has decided not to investigate, saying her outfits ‘would not have exceeded most viewers’ expectations’.
While the outfits had the ‘potential’ to cause offence, Ofcom ruled that the ITV programme was ‘appropriately scheduled’.
