Alexa Chung, Cara Delevingne and Margot Robbie have a welly good time at Glasto
ALEXA CHUNG gave Glastonbury some proper welly… she opted for a girlie weekend while her boyfriend Alexander Skarsgård curiously decided to holiday in Italy instead.
Alexa partied up a storm with A-list chums Cara Delevingne, 24, and Margot Robbie, 26, in Hunter wellies’ VIP hangout as her hunky Swede, Big Little Lies star Skarsgård, 40, seemed rather the worse for wear on his balcony in Capri.
His 33-year-old girlfriend said she was at music’s spiritual home channelling her inner Kate Moss. ‘Kate Moss handily invented festival style, which wasn’t even necessarily “festival style” at the time per se, it was just her actual style in the context of a festival and the world went crazy for it,’ the presenter and model explained. ‘I think people responded to her authenticity.
‘This year I will have my trusty Hunter wellies to navigate the rough terrain and a very cosy jumper for when it’s cold at night.’
And Alexa had the voice of experience for new Glastonbury revellers when she quipped: ‘Tell your parents you love them and then switch your phone off.’
