Acting is bruising work for Kristen

BEING a movie star can be a bruising business as Kristen Stewart found out the hard way on the set of new flick Underwater.

The Twilight star, 26, who recently created a buzz by shaving her head, looked bruised and bloodied during filming of the movie — about an undersea science expedition blighted by an earthquake.

The actress, who won rave reviews for her role as Maureen Cartwright in Personal Shopper, admitted she liked to do things the hard way at work.

‘I’m much more comfortable being uncomfortable,’ the coy star said.
