A Raye of hope on women’s day
POP star Raye will deliver a ray of hope to female music hopefuls at a studio boot camp for International Women’s Day.
The 21-year-old You Don’t Know Me singer has called in pop pals Anne-Marie and Alice Chater to help give young talent a boost at her She Makes Beats workshop.
Ahead of Friday’s meet at The Church Studios, in London, Drake’s ex said: ‘I’ve been working in the industry for six years now and have only twice had the opportunity to work with female producers. I wanted to curate a safe space for women to create and dig into production, and to collaborate on making beats.’
